We're thrilled to announce that TheBunker now has its own weekly radio show on Efecto FM 89.0
TheBunker x Efecto FM: Underground Wednesdays Are Here The underground movement keeps growing, and we're stoked to share some massive news with our community. After months of conversations and shared visions about the future of underground electronic music in Spain, we're officially joining the Efecto FM family with our very own weekly radio show. Starting October 1st, 2025, TheBunker will be taking over the airwaves every Wednesday from 15:00 to 16:00 (3 PM - 4 PM CET). Why Efecto FM? For those who don't know, Efecto FM 89.0 is an institution in the Spanish electronic music scene.
Broadcasting 24/7 from Elda-Petrer in Alicante, they've been keeping the underground spirit alive since day one, revolutionizing the airwaves with pure electronic music – no commercial filters, no mainstream compromises. They're the home of legendary shows like Efecto Dance with DJ Colás NG, and they've been supporting local DJs and the remember scene that made Valencia and Alicante famous worldwide. This is exactly the kind of platform we've been looking for – a station that understands that real electronic music isn't about following trends, it's about creating movements.
What We're Bringing to Your Wednesdays Every week, Maikk and Ferst, founders of TheBunker collective, will be delivering one hour of carefully selected underground sounds that represent everything our movement stands for.
These two visionaries who started TheBunker back in 2022 will personally curate each session, bringing you: Deep, hypnotic grooves that make you forget where you are Raw techno that hits different in the afternoon sun Unexpected journeys through house, minimal, and experimental territories Hidden gems from the Spanish underground scene that deserve more ears Exclusive tracks from our collective and our extended family of artists While Maikk brings his signature Deep House elegance influenced by the purest Café del Mar sounds, Ferst will blend his visual soul with carefully crafted atmospheric sets.
Together, they'll create a sonic experience that bridges Alicante's electronic music heritage with the cutting edge of today's underground. More Than Just a Radio Show This isn't just about playing tracks for an hour. We see this as an opportunity to connect Alicante's rich electronic music heritage with the new generation of underground artists. With Maikk and Ferst at the helm, alongside appearances from our other residents – Manu Senent, Anton Mozz, Maria More, and Sun Melody – we'll be showcasing the full spectrum of what underground electronic music means in 2025.
Every Wednesday afternoon, when most people are stuck in their routine, we'll be your escape route – sixty minutes where the only rule is the music, where commercial boundaries don't exist, and where the underground spirit lives on. Mark Your Calendar: October 1st, 2025 Our inaugural show drops Wednesday, October 1st, 2025 at 15:00 CET. Maikk and Ferst will kick things off with a special extended journey through the sounds that define TheBunker – expect the unexpected, and prepare to hear electronic music the way it was meant to be heard: raw, authentic, and uncompromising.
Tune in to Efecto FM 89.0 if you're in the Alicante area, or stream it worldwide at efectofm.es. We'll also be recording select episodes for our YouTube and Twitch channels, but trust us – there's something special about catching it live, knowing that underground heads across Spain and beyond are locked into the same frequency. This is more than a radio show. It's a statement that the underground isn't just alive – it's thriving, evolving, and broadcasting loud and clear.
See you in the frequencies. --- TheBunker Collective "Where music is the only rule" Starting October 1st, 2025 Every Wednesday | 15:00-16:00 CET | Efecto FM 89.0 | efectofm.es
